A journey of learning, a time to access a state of perceptive openness and refine body awareness. A space to welcome the gestures that emerge from listening and weave them within a choreographic writing that places the poetics of bodies at the center.

The research will be guided through the study of the Feldenkrais® method, improvisation practices and contact improvisation. The intent is to trace and investigate the relationship between a somatic approach to movement and the narrative capacity of gesture.
