FELDENKRAIS METHOD®
The Feldenkrais Method® is a self-education and learning method that uses movement as a resource to cultivate an awareness of one's own psychomotor processes. Through movement we learn to know ourselves, we understand the functioning of the body (biomechanics), the relationship between the different parts, we observe our motor habits and open ourselves to the possibility of changing them (neuroplasticity). During mindfulness through movement classes, we will share an intimate space where learning becomes an organic, easy and playful process.
