PERMEABLE

The laboratory is aimed at all those who wish to delve deeper into those tools that allow our body to access a state of perceptive openness.

From this space it is possible  recognize and become aware of the motor patterns rooted in our body system, thus leaving room for new possibilities to emerge.

The intent of the laboratory is to immerse ourselves in a protected space in which to experiment with our own vulnerability and all the transformative potential that emerges from this state; share a practice that allows us to develop a kinesthetic awareness of bodily reality, suggesting some elements that can be combined in a daily work practice that addresses the quality of our lived commitment, with ourselves, with the world and with others.

Through physical-anatomical explorations inspired by the study of Contact Improvisation, the Feldenkrais method and Instant Composition, the body will be invited to immerse itself in a perceptive-imaginative investigation within which it can manifest itself in all its complexity and three-dimensionality.
